3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any purchase at any time. Where payment has already been taken, it shall be fully refunded. This includes cases where:

-The product is no longer in stock
-We are unable to obtain payment
-There is an error within the product information, including price or promotion


4.1 Please note that all delivery timescales are guidelines only. Whilst we do our best to dispatch all items within 24 hours, during busy and seasonal periods some deliveries may take longer.

4.2 Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive.

4.3 Once items have been dispatched by us, the responsibility for delivering the items lies with the courier. If your item does not arrive within 7 days, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for any delays once we have dispatched the item(s).

4.4 If you have not received your item(s) within 28 days, you will qualify for a full refund, including P&P. Please note that you may be asked to provide a written assurance that the item has not been received.

4.5 Our preferred courier is Royal Mail. In certain circumstances we may use other couriers. Where other couriers are used, we will ensure that the item is still delivered within the specified timeframe.

4.6 Where we expect that deliveries may be delayed, we will do our best to inform customers prior to checkout. This does not include seasonal periods, where some delays are to be expected.


5.1 We guarantee to refund or replace any item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in a saleable condition.
