2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1 Any slogans or messages used on this website, the products displayed on it or other related material are for commercial purposes only, and do not necessarily represent the views of the business, its owner(s) or its employees.
2.2 We have made every effort to accurately display product colours on this website. However, due to differences in monitor display, some products may differ slightly in colour on receipt.
2.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we try our hardest to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Any sizes indicated on this website are UK sizes, unless otherwise stated. For further clarification, see our size guide.
2.4 The price you see on the website is the price you will pay. This does not apply to additional optional postage costs that are selected by the customer at checkout.
3. PURCHASE & PAYMENTS
3.1 All payments on this website are handled by PayPal. For a full list of PayPal's terms and conditions, please see their website. If you experience any payment problems, contact us. We may refer you to PayPal, or we may contact PayPal ourselves to resolve the issue. We will not pass on any information that is not relevant to the resolution of the problem.
3.2 Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been taken, you will not be able to make any changes to your purchase on our website. If you need to make a change, please contact us and we will do our best to implement the change, but this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any purchase at any time. Where payment has already been taken, it shall be fully refunded. This includes cases where:
-The product is no longer in stock
-We are unable to obtain payment
-There is an error within the product information, including price or promotion
4.1 Please note that all delivery timescales are guidelines only. Whilst we do our best to dispatch all items within 24 hours, during busy and seasonal periods some deliveries may take longer.
4.2 Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive.
4.3 Once items have been dispatched by us, the responsibility for delivering the items lies with the courier. If your item does not arrive within 7 days, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for any delays once we have dispatched the item(s).
4.4 If you have not received your item(s) within 28 days, you will qualify for a full refund, including P&P. Please note that you may be asked to provide a written assurance that the item has not been received.
4.5 Our preferred courier is Royal Mail. In certain circumstances we may use other couriers. Where other couriers are used, we will ensure that the item is still delivered within the specified timeframe.
4.6 Where we expect that deliveries may be delayed, we will do our best to inform customers prior to checkout. This does not include seasonal periods, where some delays are to be expected.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
5.1 We guarantee to refund or replace any item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in a saleable condition.
5.2 You MUST contact us before returning any items.
5.2 Where the return of an item has been agreed, the cost of returning the item shall be met by us.
5.3 Refunds will usually be credited to your original method of payment. Where this is not possible, you will be informed before another suitable refund method is established.
5.4 In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the original seal or packaging has been removed.
5.5 Under the distance selling regulations, EU customers may cancel purchases within 7 days of purchase.

6.3 Where an address or email address has been provided by the customer, we may occasionally use this address for marketing purposes. If you wish to stop receiving marketing material at any time, simply contact us, email us or write to us, and your details will be removed from our contact list.
6.4 We may share some details for purposes of Anti-Fraud, or where we are required to do so by law. We will always ensure that any requests for information by governmental or legal authorities are legitimate requests. We will not disclose any information that is not specifically relevant to the request.
6.5 We may display links to 3rd party websites. We are not responsible for any content or activities of these linked sites.
7.1 None of the images on this website may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without the express permission of the business.
