4.5 Our preferred courier is Royal Mail. In certain circumstances we may use other couriers. Where other couriers are used, we will ensure that the item is still delivered within the specified timeframe.

4.6 Where we expect that deliveries may be delayed, we will do our best to inform customers prior to checkout. This does not include seasonal periods, where some delays are to be expected.

We will always ensure that any requests for information by governmental or legal authorities are legitimate requests. We will not disclose any information that is not specifically relevant to the request.

7.2 Images/slogans may be used for personal, non-commercial use, where this use is non-defamatory. You are welcome to publish our images/slogans on your personal website, including any personal social media pages, without our prior permission, providing the source of the image is acknowledged, and the use is non-commercial and non-defamatory.

7.3 We work hard to ensure that none of our items, images or slogans are in breach of copyright. However, if you believe that any copyright has been unintentionally breached, please contact us and we will be happy to remove any infringing material.
